Known Issues: ERROR: THIS MOVIE REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING MISSING XTRAS IN ORDER TO PLAY PROPERLY: POMLITE.X32, SCRNXTRA.X32, FILEIO.X32. PLEASE CHECK YOUR XTRAS FOLDER AND TRY AGAIN. --Solution: Go to the My Computer icon and double-click. Go to your C:\ drive and double-click. Go to your Windows folder and double-click. Inside there, if you see a Temp folder double-click. If there is not a Temp folder, then go to step number 7. In there, there should be an Xtras folder. Click once on this folder to highlight it and press the delete key on your keyboard to delete it. If there is not a Temp folder, then double-click on the System folder. In there, there should be an Xtras folder. Click once on this folder to highlight it and press the delete key on your keyboard to delete it. Now, close all those windows and start the program.
