If you are receiving the Error Message Unable to start folio server, %S, please follow the directions below to add a Temp line into your Autoexec.bat file.

Please select the correct platform:

Windows 3.1/3.11
Windows 95

1. Exit Windows to DOS.
2. At the DOS prompt type CD\ Hit Enter. This will take you to a C:\ prompt.
3. At the C:\ prompt type edit autoexec.bat
4. Hit Enter.
5. You will see a blue screen titled autoexec.bat
6. Move your cursor to the middle of the screen and hit Enter to create a new blank line.
7. On the blank line, type Set Path=C:\Temp
8. Go to File and choose Save.
9. Go to File and choose Exit.
10. At the C:\ type MD Temp
11. Hit enter.
12. Restart the computer and reinstall the program.

1. Click on Start then click on ShutDown.
2. Choose Restart Computer in MS-DOS.
3. At the DOS prompt type CD\
4. Hit enter. This will take you to a C:\ prompt.
5. At the C:\ type edit autoexec.bat
6. Hit enter.
7. You will see a blue screen titled autoexec.bat.
8. Move your cursor to the middle of the screen. Hit enter to create a new blank line.
9. Type Set Path=C:\Temp
10. Click on File and then Save.
11. Click on File and then Exit.
12. At the C:\ type MD Temp
13. Hit enter.
14. Restart the computer and reinstall the program.
