1. Insert disk into disk drive
2. Go into File Manager and select A:. Now you should see the ctl3dv2.dll file.
3. Highlight this file and then click on File and then Copy
4. Copy to: C:\Windows then click on OK
5. After the file has completed copying, exit out of Windows and restart
