The printer must support 300 DPI in order to print properly, or an error message may occur saying Resolution is out of Range.

Please follow the steps below to check your Printer DPI:

1. From the Main group, go to into the Control Panel and double click on Printers.

2. Make sure the printer you are using is highlighted. Click on Setup, then on Options, and select Advanced Options.

3. Under the heading Graphics, Resolution (DPI) should be 300 or higher. To adjust click on the arrow. If a number 300 or higher is not an option, your printer is not compatible with 300 DPI and will not work properly with this program.

1. Click on Start. From the Settings menu, select Printers.

2. Highlight the name of your printer. Click on File and then on Properties.

3. In Properties select the Graphics tab. The Resolution should be set to 300dpi or higher. To adjust click on the arrow. If a number 300 or higher is not an option, your printer is not compatible with 300 DPI and will not work properly with this program.
