Trains/mentors developmental editors in development of electronic products; acts Development Editor on the most complex electronic products; serves as information resource/consultant during product planning stages; develops print product as assigned. Thorough knowledge of developmental editing especially of electronic products. Experience with web-based products. Track record of successful development of high-priority projects. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, to set priorities and organize work, and to interact effectively with both in-house staff and outside contact. Strong communications skills. Four-year college degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with HTML, Macromedia Director, Excel and/or Access, and standard graphic image formats.
