Processes all insertion orders from advertisers and/or agencies using PC system for tracking, reporting, and billing purposes. Reviews and prepares all furnished ad materials for printers. Performs some desktop publishing. Provides customer and sales services (upselling and cross-selling, special sales projects, etc.). Keeps Ad Sales reps informed of account activity. Must manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strict deadlines. Good grammar, math, and communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work at a computer for 4-6 hours per day with few breaks. Qualifications: High school graduate. Prefer one year of print production experience. Minimum of one year of desktop publishing experience required. Personal computer experience required.
