Edits medical journal manuscripts electronically and works with production department to create an aesthetically pleasing and timely journal. Serves as liaison with editorial offices. Must be able to concentrate in the midst of distractions. Ability to make daily decisions based on experience, sound judgment, and knowledge. Qualifications: College degree in English, journalism, or sciences. Strong spelling, grammar, verbal, and organizational skills necessary. Computer skills and WordPerfect or Word experience preferred.
